Returns & Refund Policy

At Arreso, returns and refunds may vary depending on the product. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

T-Shirts

Due to the nature of T-shirts, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

This is because we are unable to verify whether the item has been worn, and we do not resell worn garments to our customers.

 All Other Garments

For all items excluding T-shirts, we offer:

• Returns (within a week of receiving your order)  
• Exchanges (e.g. for different sizes)

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

 Return Shipping Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We only cover return shipping if:
  • The item is faulty, or
  • There was an error with your order

 Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected - ( it is only possible to receive a refund if you contact us within the week of receiving your item)
• If your return is approved:
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind:

• You may do so (excluding T-shirts)
• The item must be returned at your own expense
• Refunds are only issued after the item has been received

 Discretionary Returns

In certain cases, Arreso may offer returns or exchanges at its discretion, even if the item does not meet the standard return conditions.

• Arreso reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments
